This exit list contains both the new exit number and old sequential exit number after MassDOT converted Route 24 to the Geographic Reference or Milepost Exit Numbering system in January 2021. The conversion was part of a statewide renumbering project began on October 18, 2020 with other routes in the southeastern part of the state. This project was first planned for 2016, but eventually postponed.
